Exclusive B2B Fulfilment

SVM can fulfill all corporate Gift Card and Gift Voucher orders. Orders placed through your sales team can be directed to SVM. We will then process the payment, pick the order, verify for accuracy and dispatch in a timely manner. SVM will also provide after sales customer service.

Consumer Fulfilment

SVM can fulfil all consumer orders by both telephone and internet. SVM can fulfil orders that are received by your sales team, or can take the order directly, providing you with a dedicated telephone line and/or an e-commerce shopping basket that captures internet orders. Again, SVM will process the payment, pick the order, verify for accuracy and dispatch. SVM will also provide after sales customer service
