We would advise using first class mail only for items of low value as we are unable to replace orders which are lost in transit when sent via first class mail.
Recorded delivery items are signed for but are not insured so we are unable to replace orders sent via this method.
Special Delivery items are signed for and offer the most secure method of posting. Should gift cards be lost or stolen in the post, we will make every effort to devalue them, as long as they have not been used, and send you a replacement gift card. We are unable to replace gift vouchers that are lost or stolen in the post.
Please be aware of estimated shipping times for the various shipping methods.
We do not ship or deliver on bank holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders will be processed and despatched within 2 business days of receipt.
Orders despatched on Friday via Special Delivery, will be delivered on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, delivery will be the next business day.

Gift Cards Returns & Replacements
We are unable to accept returns of gift cards.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Switch/Maestro. Payments made via debit cards (Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron) are free of charge.
Gift Card Reloads
The majority of gift cards we offer can also be reloaded for only £1 which saves you postage & packaging charges. You can reload by calling 0844 842 8200.
Gift Card Expiry Dates
As the marketer of a multitude of gift cards we recognise the importance of consumer awareness regarding all gift cards. Although the majority of the gift cards we represent do not have expiry dates, please refer to the Terms & Conditions on the back of each gift card.
